At DRUPA in Düsseldorf, ELITRON presented the latest generation of the KOMBO TAV-R cutting and creasing plotter, which enables fully automatic processing from pallet to pallet (24/7).
Details:

Suction feeders pick up the sheets from the pallet and align them.

The Seeker system reads the register marks from above or below.

Two cutting heads crease and cut the workpieces simultaneously and independently of each other.

The patented Airo Panel enables safe and edge-accurate depositing of the cut goods.

In the model exhibited, the empty pallet is automatically transported under the machine from the feeder to the downstacker (pallet logistics).

With the completely new control software developed in September 2023, the processing speed was increased by 33%, with 30% lower energy consumption. KOMBO TAV video

Our partner GA Maschinen GmbH exhibited the palletising robot from partner company AutomaZone srl at DRUPA. Thanks to many years of trusting cooperation with GA Maschinen gratec is expanding its product range with tested, high-quality used machines as well as e-commerce machines and servo-driven high-speed tray forming machines from Provision Engineering (XTray 850-2).
